Supermarket News and New Hope Natural Media, both owned by Penton Media, recently announced the launch of a new exposition and conference. Healthy Foods International (HFI) is slated to happen June 18-19, 2008, in Dallas. The event will have a particular focus on 'healthier-for-you' foods, bringing together grocery and supermarket executives, buyers, and managers with manufacturers, suppliers and distributors for this growing market.

HFI will feature conference sessions centered on exclusive research conducted by Nutrition Business Journal outlining consumer attitudes and buying triggers around healthy foods and products.
